I presume you are asking in regards to John Bishop? In this case, I certainly don't think the American economist is more notable than the Australian musician. Nevertheless, neither do I think the Australian musician is clearly the primary topic. As a compromise, and in accordance with the above disambiguation proceedure, we could move John Bishop to John Bishop (musician) and usurp John Bishop for a disambiguation page pointing to both the aforementioned article and John Bishop (economist).
