Red Swastika School is a government-aided school in Singapore. Its principal is Mr. Ong Kian Hin. It was founded in 1951 by the World Red Swastika Society, a Buddhist voluntary association. First located at Somapah Road, Changi, the school moved to its current location at Bedok North Avenue 3 in 1981.

It first started with 8 classes in a wooden building and a staff of 10 under the first Principal, Mr Chuang Shih Ie.

It was decided that the school be relocated at Bedok North Avenue 3 to make way for the development of Changi area.

The foundation stone of the new Red Swastika School was laid at its present site on 28 Nov 1979. It was officially opened on 11 July 1981. Upon completion of the project, Mr Chuang Shih Ie retired from service and Mr Wong Sin Eng was appointed the Principal in January 1982.

In 1990, it was designated as one of the 15 Special Assistance Plan (SAP) primary schools in Singapore with its good Chinese education tradition. The idea of building a double-storey hall and tuckshop was conceived in 1991 and the construction of the building was completed in 1994. In mid-December 1994, Mr Chia Tai Ching became the next Principal of the school.

The main school building, which includes a three-storey extension completed in late 1997, houses all the classrooms, special rooms and admin /staff offices. It is linked to the double-storey hall cum tuckshop built in 1994.

In mid-December 2001, the current Principal, Mr Ong Kian Hin took over the administration of the school. The school is currently undergoing PRIME (Phase 3) which commenced in March 2002. However, construction stopped abruptly halfway through as the contractor had not enough funds to continue. Another company was contracted to continue upgrading works and was finally fully completed in the year 2006.

In 2003, the first principal of the school, Mr Chuang Shih Ie, passed away peacefully. He was in his nineties. The school and state flags were flown at half mast that day.
