"Red High Heels", not to be confused with the song of the same name by Jane Siberry, is the debut single of country singer Kellie Pickler which was released on September 13, 2006, by BNA Records.
The song's title is deviated on Pickler's love for collecting shoes. The lyrics are about a young woman who, frustrated by a troubled past with a former ex, moves on in her "[my] red high heels."
This single, as of September 17, 2006, was the most added track to country radio and it debuted at number 48 on Billboard's Hot Country Singles and Tracks.
The music video was made available to the public in mid October, and features Pickler wearing denim jeans and red high heels.
"Red High Heels" has also become Kellie's first Hot 100 Singles Chart appearance, where it debuted at Number 99 on the week of the album's release, but fell off the chart. This week, as the single garners momentum on the country charts, it makes a re-entry on the Hot 100 at Number 98.
