Red Hawk Industries is a corporation engaged in the manufacture, integration, sale and service of electronic and physical security systems. Products include surveillance systems, access control, vaults, safes, ATMs, structured data networks, and information security services. The company also provides modular facilities for disaster recovery.

Red Hawk was founded in August of 1999 in Denver, Colorado and grew rapidly through a series of acquisitions. Before being acquired by UTC Fire & Security in 2006, Red Hawk was the second largest financial security systems integrator in the United States.

- 2006 - Red Hawk acquired by UTC Fire & Security for approximately $140M USD.
- 2005 - Inc Magazine names Red Hawk the 177th fastest growing company in America.
- 2004 - Inc Magazine names Red Hawk the 106th fastest growing company in America.
- 2003 - Denver Business Journal recognizes Red Hawk as the fastest growing large company in Colorado.
