"Red Fired Up" is an episode of That '70s Show.

Eric and Red bond at work until Red fires an employee they both make fun of, and Kelso bravely risks Red's wrath by openly dating Laurie.

[edit] Plot summary

Eric thinks something is up at work when Red compliments him on a job well done. Earl, a previous co-worker from the plant, shows up late and says his dog got hit by a car. Red points out he used that excuse on Tuesday too and let's him off. Eric cracks a joke about Earl and to his surprise Red finds it very funny. At dinner Red & Eric are bonding nicely cracking jokes about Earl. The next morning Earl shows up late again and Red tells Eric to leave the room because he is going to fire Earl then yells at him for about fifteen minutes. At home Eric tells Red he was mean to Earl because he used to be his friend but Red tells him you have to work and not make excuses at work. Eric is upset that he's back to being called a dumbass and Kitty lets him know that Red yells at him because he really does love him.

Kelso is still lonely about not having Jackie so he decides to just move on and be with someone else. Ironically he chooses Laurie and shows up at the front door with flowers to take her on a date. Kelso brings Laurie into the basement to hang out with them and Eric & everybody else tells her to leave and tells Kelso that they doesn't want Laurie in the basement with them. Kelso admits that he doesn't like her, but he can't live life without doing it. The next day Donna tells Jackie that Kelso is dating Laurie and Jackie gets upset that someone else is making Kelso happy. Kitty tries to talk Laurie out of dating Kelso while Hyde tries to talk Kelso out of dating Laurie. Jackie is upset at Laurie and Laurie decides to ask Kelso to ask Jackie to leave. Kelso asks her to leave so he asked Laurie if they can leave. The two trade insults, Eric admits he wants Jackie there cause it annoys his sister, and Kelso laughs at Jackie's burn on Laurie so they leave.
