RED is a Christian hard rock band from Pennsylvania currently signed to Essential Records. They released their first album End of Silence in June 2006, supported by lead single "Breathe Into Me."
RED's music is characterized by a combination of hard guitar riffs, background strings, and electronic beats; they have often been compared to Linkin Park, but the comparison is not completely appropriate because Red does not incorporate Hip Hop or turntables into their music.
The band will be touring with Kutless and Disciple this fall.
