It's Red's last day at the auto parts plant as a supervisor. The mood of his co-workers Dale, Bruce, & Amy is not positive because they're all worrying about their future. Amy tells Red that they are going to Charlie's bar for one last drink. Red agrees to go. After a while Red, has gone overboard and Amy calls Kitty. Kitty sends sends Eric, Hyde, and Fez to bring him home. Red orders drinks for all of them when they get there. Eric calls Kitty asking for a ride home. When Kitty arrives, Red is half asleep on the bar. She drives them all home.

Kelso's uncle gives him a beat-up old van with a huge backseat. He considers breaking up with Jackie so he could snag more chicks. He wakes up from daydreaming in his van about the possibilities, and is surprised by Laurie who flirts with him again. She closes the door, and they do it. Jackie thinks that Kelso having a new van must mean he's maturing, but Donna warns her that's he's far from that. Kelso later asks her if he could see other people, but Jackie tells him no. He agrees. Kelso tries to tell Laurie that he told Jackie that he's not going to see anyone else, and she tells him he can't, so he agrees with her as well.
