[edit] Larger resolution one...
I wish the larger resolution one hadn't been uploaded. I had larger dimensions, granted, but it was a lot more grainy at that size and ends up looking worse on screen for all the extra K in the file size. So I reverted it, which will make it look better on screen but doesn;t do anything for the huge wasted file that got uploaded. DreamGuy 22:28, August 21, 2005 (UTC)
- As a thumbnail, the large resolution image looks better and more natural. bogdan | Talk 15:20, 27 August 2005 (UTC)

- The one on the left definitely looks better... a lot better... and blowing up a thumbnail is rather silly as it makes it all pixelly and doesn't show what they look like at regular size. Plus by uploading that comparison you just took up even more space on the servers unnecessarily. DreamGuy 17:07, August 27, 2005 (UTC)
- Space on the servers isn't really a problem. The is plenty, and it's cheap. The problem with overly large images is that they take longer to download. Theresa Knott (a tenth stroke) 23:47, 28 August 2005 (UTC)
