[edit] Article has been nominated for deletion: Koorong
[edit] AfD Nomination: Koorong
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, but all Wikipedia articles must meet our criteria for inclusion (see What Wikipedia is not and Deletion policy). Since it does not seem to me that Koorong meets these criteria, I have started a discussion about whether this article should be kept or deleted.
Your opinion on whether this article meets the inclusion criteria is welcome. Please contribute to the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Koorong. Don't forget to add four tildes (~~~~) at the end of each of your comments to sign them.
Discussions such as these usually last five days. In the meantime, you are free to edit the content of the article. Please do not remove the "articles for deletion" template (the box at the top). When the discussion has concluded, an administrator will consider all comments and decide whether or not to delete the article. -- User:Casper2k3
- Welcome, I have tried to make it more descriptive (ie, encyclopedic) and added your articles to Wikipedia:New articles (Australia) - a useful place to watch, along with Wikipedia:Australian Wikipedians' notice board assuming you are Australian. -- Paul foord 13:59, 11 April 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Austral-Asian Community Church
Austral-Asian Community Church has been proposed for deletion. An editor felt the subject might not be notable enough for an article. Please review Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability for the relevant concerns. An example of notability guidelines can be found at Wikipedia:Notability (websites). If you can improve the article to address these concerns, please do so.
If no one objects to the deletion within five days by removing the "prod" notice, the article may be deleted without further discussion. If you remove the prod notice, the deletion process will stop, but if an editor is still not satisfied that the article meets Wikipedia guidelines, it may be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion for consensus. [edit] Fair use rationale
Thanks for uploading Image:Agmf.png, Image:Roma Waterman.jpg, Image:Nathan Tasker.jpg, & Image:Koorong.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the images are being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why their use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. When you use a generic fair use tag such as {{fair use}} or {{fair use in|article name}}, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Thank you. VegaDark 07:13, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
