Reality porn is a genre of pornography where staged scenes, usually shot in cinéma vérité fashion, set up and prelude sexual encounters. These scenes may either have the cameraman directly engaging in sex (see Gonzo pornography) or merely filming others having sex.

For legal reasons, the vast majority of so-called reality porn involves professional actors and actresses posing as so-called "amateurs." Ironically, even though the women who perform in these films typically appear on many reality websites within a short span of time, most of these websites claim that each female is an amateur.

Prominent examples of the "reality porn" genre include:

Bang Bus: One of the pioneering websites of the genre, in which women are (purportedly) persuaded to have sex in the back of a van while being filmed. This later expanded into several sites under the "Bang Bros." umbrella, including Big Tits Round Asses, Big Mouthfuls, Ass Parade, and Mr. Cameltoe.
Cumfiesta: Features young girls in hardcore scenes, with ejaculation on their faces and breasts in the end.
Girls Gone Wild: Young women either flash, make out (with men or with other women), or have sex on camera; frequently filmed during major young-adult-oriented events such as spring break or Mardi Gras celebrations. (Note that this genre of reality porn is an exception in that it routinely involves actual amateurs; accordingly, the producers of the GGW series have been the subjects of several lawsuits by women who either claim that they did not give their permission to be filmed, or were incapable of giving consent at the time due to intoxication.)
In the VIP: A man lures women from the dance floor of a club into the "VIP Suite", where they have sex with him or with another female.
MILF Hunter: Centers around "MILFs", or women in their late twenties to early forties (Although many of the actresses are much younger than they are portrayed).
Mike's Apartment: The scenario is based on girls or couples looking for someone to stay in Amsterdam who get the room for free if they do something for the camera. Unlike many others which appear to trick the participants, "Mike" is quite open with the participants about what he is doing.
Street Blowjobs: A man named Bob uses thick rimmed glasses with a camera hidden in the center. He convinces attractive girls (in reality, lesser-known porn stars) to have sex with him somewhere and pays them.
Dirty Latina Maids: A man lures a maid, usually of Latino decent, to have sex with him as she is cleaning his room.
