Two prominent real estate futurists with over 10 publications to their name, Stefan Swanepoel and Tom Dooley, again team up confront the latest real estate trends and changes affecting the real estate brokerage industry. This book is published by Thomson Corporation and picks up from the 1997 Amazon.com real estate business best seller Real Estate confronts Reality. They listed 20 key companies, concepts and changing trends – identified 20 industry thought leaders – sat down with them and collectively drilled through what’s important and what’s happening.
