The Reading University Students' Union (also known as RUSU) is the recognised student organisation of the University of Reading, in England. It has its own buildings on both Bulmershe and Whiteknights campuses.

RUSU is affiliated to the National Union of Students. It is run by students for students, with aims and values of representing student views within the university as well as on a local, regional and national basis. It provides a number of services, such as a radio station, shopping facilities, advice, newspaper, sports, societies, voluntering and bars.

It is not-for-profit, so all money raised within the Students' Union goes back on activities and student support for the benefit of the membership and in line with the strategic plan.

Elected positions are available, and these are highly contested when the elections are called in February. Current elected positions include:

- President

- Vice-President Development

- Vice-President Education

- Vice-President Equal Opportunities and Ethics

- Vice-President Sports and Societies

- Vice-President Welfare

- 3 x Student Trustee (non-portfolio)
