RC Egypt

RC Egypt are a bunch of modellers adopting the RC flying models hobby in Egypt by providing information and training newbie modellers in building and flying models.
Exceptionally RC Egypt Team was invited to participate in Avex 2006, the aerobatic expo held in Sharm El-Sheikh in March 2006.

Until relatively recently, the flying of RC models was restricted by the authorities in Egypt for security reasons, but a couple of years ago, these restrictions were partially lifted in response to requests from RC Egypt modellers to make this sport legitimate.
At the end of Avex 2006 event, they received a promise from Air Marshal Ahmed Shafik, the minster of aviation, that there will be more flexibility and space for modellers to practise this sport.
