RC-1140 is a Clone Commando, and the slicer and technical expert of Delta Squad. Like the others, he is also a clone of Jango Fett. His nickname is "Fixer" although he will never call himself by that name, referring to himself as "Delta Four-Oh".

RC-1140 was trained on the water planet, Kamino and participated in the opening battle of the Clone Wars on the planet, Geonosis along with many other battles in the course of the war. He is the unofficial second-in-command of Delta Squad and the member of the squad that has no sense of humour. A serious, no-nonsense type of person, he is in many ways the model soldier. He refers to all of the squad by their designation rather than their nicknames and is a thorn on the side of Sev and Scorch whose playful bantering will be cut short by Fixer. Nevertheless, his skills in cracking codes and slicing electronic locks is unmatched by anybody in the rest of the Delta Squad. Fixer knows all the recommended procedures and protocols, and is usually the one telling the squad to stay focused and press forward to their objective.
