[edit] Just seeking some guidance
Hi Rob. I was only messing around with the welcome message, I wanted to see whether it would add your name or not. It did. That's my experiment over with. With regards the Renamed London Underground Stations article, I'm still creating that, my estimate is I'll have completed it by next week. Thank you for changing the title, I had wanted to do that but didn't know how to. Are there any other London Underground related articles I could create or expand on for the project that you know of? I would like to help out as best I can. I have found I do have a photograph of my own of a Piccadilly line train, I will be uploading it soon. When I upload it, to ensure all users know it is my own, what am I meant to do? Please reply on my talk page. Thanks. Greaterlondoner
[edit] Why remove important picture of Chief Vann House?
Well, it was perfect picture of Chief Vann House that I can show but i do have two pictures. one was from digital camera but it was took in winter time and I have scanned old picture of Chief Vann from archives at Murray County Library. Murray County is home of my great grandfather. I need to know if Wikiacc accepts that I have a picture in my digital camera where the Battle of Adairsville happened. he removed the image of marker about 1800's adavirsville including information on the battle. My picture is two markers stood in the front of cemetry about the battle that was happened. Please let me know. I am not happy that the picture was removed by you and him because it was most important key to this information of chief vann house. I do not do "constributes" for wikipedia because I am not paid. I only do for people who seek for education and knowledge. "Uneducated persons are learning to be educated persons when they understand what the world meaning to them."

[edit] Joseph Chamberlain
Thanks for the compliments regarding the detail being added to this article - I hope to eventually include more information on all aspects of Chamberlain's career, right through his Colonial Secretaryship and the Tariff Reform Campaign. The article would look somewhat lopsided without such an expansion.
- The NLF was founded at Bingley Hall on 31st May 1877, not 31st February, so I am glad that you pointed out the error.
- I will edit passages surrounding Chamberlain in the shoe business.
- I shall include the quote you have supplied in the section regarding Chamberlain's attitude to Irish Home Rule.
- And I shall give a brief synopsis with each edit.

[edit] Renamed London Underground Stations/Tube station Images
Hi. Has the Renamed London Underground Stations article I started been deleted? If so, how come? On a related note, I'm a little confused with images of tube stations taken from the tube map that I have uploaded. I scanned the tube map onto my computer and then selected each station for each tube station article page. At the time I was unsure as to whether the GFDL code was the tag to use but thought that since I had created each image, since I had scanned it, then it would be the best tag. Now User:Sapient has contacted me to say he thinks one of those images Image:Heathrowstns.PNG is not a GNU. I have replied to him telling him what I have told you, plus that I would contact you to see what you think. For the time being I will change the tag for the image I have given you the link to to this {{verifieduse}}. Greaterlondoner
- Thanks for your help. I will consult some other admins and for the time being remove all the tube map station images I have uploaded from their respective articles but not delete the actual images as yet. Greaterlondoner
-
- For the time being I'll be using this tab on all the images of stations from the tube map.

That way it gives everyone 30 days to decide what the best option is before it gets deleted (if they can't). Greaterlondoner
[edit] RLUS - Whoops, sorry
Oh, sorry, just seen that the article is listed with a small s for 'Stations' not a capital. My mistake. Question about the station images remains though. Greaterlondoner
[edit] Posy
Just a quick note of thanks for your work on the Posy Simmonds page - I was half expecting it to be empty or a stub so was pleasantly surprised. Peteashton 01:27, 3 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Workers Playground
Thanks for the correction, and noticing that this title was wrong elsewhere in the article. I actually Googled it to see if it was "Worker's Playground" or "Workers' Playground" and the hits I got were wrong as well. Opps! ~CS 08:07, 18 February 2006 (UTC)
[edit] county town
I don't suppose you'll remember as it has been a couple of years but when you made this edit do you happen to know where you sourced the list? There is a discussion about the county town of sussex on User talk:Molly Mockford. Jooler 22:19, 18 February 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Chew Valley Lake
Hi Rob,
Thanks for sorting the river chew link from the Chew Valley Lake page. As you may have seen I put this up for peer review & then FAC which failed because not enough people commented/supported it (although it did get listed as a good page). As you've obviously got lots of experence (& local interest) is there anything else you think should be done on the page before we put it up for FAC again? Rod 13:25, 19 February 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Bristol: Red House/Lodge
Yes, you are right, I got the name wrong for the museum in Bristol, however I now see the whole places of interest section has been removed. I have put a section on the Bristol Talk page asking about this. I think it would be good to be reinstated, but don't want to do it only to have it deleted again!
