Ray Hall is the Academy Manager for Everton F.C.

In this job he is responsible for leading a team involved in all aspects of youth development from 7-19 years. Organisation of department in terms of Finance, Facilities, Staffing (full-time/part-time), Policies, Research and Development, Planning, Care/Welfare, Education provision/ liaison with schools, Establishing good lines of communication with all areas across the whole youth development structure.
