Ray Downey (born September 23, 1968 in Halifax County, Nova Scotia) was a Canadian boxer. Downey won a Light Middleweight Bronze medal at the 1988 Summer Olympics.
Ray turned pro in 1994 and had limited success. He retired in 2000 with a pro record of 16-2-1.
