Rawson Marshall Thurber

A graduate of the Peter Stark Producing Program at USC, Rawson Marshall Thurber wrote and directed the original Terry Tate: Office Linebacker commercials for Reebok. In 2004, he wrote and directed the hit comedy film, Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story.
In January 2006, he signed on to write/direct a Magnum P.I. movie. He also adapted Michael Chambon's The Mysteries of Pittsburgh, which he is currently filming in Pittsburgh.

Rawson is a 1997 graduate of Union College (Schenectady, NY) where he was a member of Delta Upsilon fraternity and played wide receiver on the football team for two years. His great grandfather was writer, James Thurber.
