Ratta Matta is a famous town of ditsrict Jhang in Punjab province of Pakistan located at Jhang-Lalian road. Before the Ayub Khan land reforms the sayyads of town hold proprietorship of 12 villaged named Ratta, Matta, Panjgirain, Kariwala, Shergarh, Pippal etc. This town has got importance due to the famous political personalities of National Politics. The famous personalities who come from this town are Syeda Ghanzanfar shah and Hon. Maj. Mubarak.
