Rational Anarchy

"Rational Anarchy" is a system by which Anarchy is balanced by the logic that some form of government is needed, despite its flaws. It was most notably used by Professor Bernardo de la Paz in the book "The Moon Is a Harsh Mistress" by Robert A. Heinlein.
