Rasim Kara

Rasim Kara born in 1950 Eskişehir was a famous Besiktas JK goalkeeper and now an active coach.

He coached Besiktas JK in the 1996-1997 season earning a reputation of 'derby killer'. He also played in the UEFA Cup to get eliminated by Valencia CF.

Abroad he coached Ottawa Wizzards in Canada claiming a championship and an offer to coach the national team but he refused.

He then coached Hazar Lenkoran in Azerbaijan and lost the championship play-off match 2-1 he then was forced to play in the UEFA Cup instead of Champions League.
