Rasdaq was the name of the company that operated RASDAQ Market, one of the two Romanian exchanges at the time. Its name is a portmanteau of Romania and the market's American equivalent Nasdaq. RASDAQ ceased to exist as a company on December 8th, 2005, when it merged with Bucharest Stock Exchange and RASDAQ is now the name of one of the markets operated by Bucharest Stock Exchange.

Its main index is RASDAQ-C.
