hi, welcome etc. just a note about the australian lit/poetry thing: please be a bit careful about making biggish changes, especially moving pages, or creating new ones as in that case. theres supposed (tho it doesn't always happen) to be agreement beforehand on what's going to be done & remember to tell people what you've done if it's not obvious. if yr not sure just ask. thnx, goodluck    bsnowball  16:06, 14 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Treehouse of Horror XVII

Do you have source for it's Australian airdate? (See: [1])--Greasysteve13 06:36, 19 November 2006 (UTC)

Or anything you've ever posted here ever?--Greasysteve13 06:44, 19 November 2006 (UTC)
Uh... huh.--Greasysteve13 06:47, 19 November 2006 (UTC)
That's cos this is almost certainly a sock puppet of User:Jackp. --Merbabu 05:06, 24 November 2006 (UTC)
Can't someone do something?--Greasysteve13 02:20, 26 November 2006 (UTC)

Please use references (see WP:RS) for major additions or they will be removed. Your edit: [2] --Merbabu 14:22, 1 December 2006 (UTC)

Still nothing you write has references. --Merbabu 11:32, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
No references for your edit to Twin Peaks either. [3] --Merbabu 12:38, 6 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Kath & Kim characters

I noticed you are creating character pages for some Kath & Kim characters. Assuming these articles even need to exist at all, they should be under the names Kim Craig, Sharon Strzelecki and Kath Day-Knight (or Kath Knight) There are no other people or characters sharing these names so disambiguation is not required. Articles are at their most commonly referred names, so Kath's full first name or middle name are not required. Let me know if you have any questions about this. -- Chuq 07:48, 26 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Jackp-isms

Why do you change "Melbourne, Australia" to "Melbourne" [4] and then within 3 edits change Why do you change "London" to "London, England" [5]? This is exactly what indefinitely banned User Talk:Jackp and all his socks would do. --Merbabu 15:40, 27 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Adding country names after major world cities

I notice you have made some edits adding England after London or Japan after Tokyo. It is standard not to include the country name with major world cities such as these. Exceptions may be made in lists and tables (for example (List of cities by population), but in general prose it is not necessary. You have been informed of this before, please stop doing it. -- Chuq 13:45, 1 December 2006 (UTC)

What is "interesting" is how he actually removes Australia from after Sydney. He does this for no other city, rather, as you point out, he adds the country name. --Merbabu 13:57, 1 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] The question of Bateman's reality and whether he really comitted the murders

Hi Raptor. Thanks for the additions; I am also pleased you found another reference. But I am concerned this new section is too long, and disproportionate to the rest of the article. It really belongs in the Themes and Symbolism section because it concerns the same subjects. Rintrah 07:11, 15 December 2006 (UTC)

That's fine. Please also make sure none of the information is duplicated in the section; so if your additions cross over with any of the other parts of the article, either leave them out or delete the other parts. Thanks. Rintrah 08:11, 15 December 2006 (UTC)
