Your additions to Festo Corp. v. Shoketsu Kinzoku Kogyo Kabushiki Co. are most appreciated, and you are welcome to add the additional points that you discussed on the talk page. I started a number of articles in this area while still in law school, but now my practice is focused on trademarks and copyrights, and my interest in patents has fallen by the wayside as other work has consumed my time.
