Randy'L He-dow Teton is the model used for the US golden dollar coin - the Sacagawea dollar, first issued in 2000. Teton, then 22, posed for sculptor Glenna Goodacre. She is the only person known to appear on a US coin while still living. Teton is a Shoshone Indian from Idaho's Fort Hall Indian Reservation.
