Randa Abdel-Fattah

Randa Abdel-Fattah is a self-described “Australian-born-Muslim-Palestinian-Egyptian-chocoholic” writer. She has written two novels, Does My Head Look Big In This?, and Ten Things I Hate About Me. She was born in Australia, 1980, to Palestinian and Egyptian parents. She is a lawyer, and lives in Sydney with her husband and baby daughter. She is extremely active in the inter-faith community, giving talks at high schools and has been involved in Palestinian human rights campaigns.
