Rajyashree Kumari

Rajyashree Kumari (born 1953) is an ace shooter. She won the Arjuna Award in shooting in 1969 when she was only 16 years old.

Rajyashree was born in 1953 into the royal family of Bikaner in Rajasthan, India. She is the daughter of Maharaja Karni Singh a distinguished shooter who himself represented India in five Olympics Games.

Kumari established the national shooting record, scoring 92 out of a possible 100 in trap shooting in 1970; her record remains unbeaten.
