Raju Narayana Swamy

Raju Narayana Swamy is an IAS officer from Kerala, India. He became famous when he got the first rank in the Civil Services Examination conducted by Union Public Service Commission in 1989. He is now working as the District Collector of Kottayam. He is also a prolific writer and has authored twenty books on various subjects,his latest work being Edapalliyum Vanghoghum [1].[2]He received the Kerala Sahitya Akademi Award in 2004 for his work Santhimanthram Muzhagunna Thazvarayil .[3]
