Raja is a character in the Genso Suikoden series of roleplaying games. She makes an appearance in Suikoden V.

Admiral Raja is the leader of Raftfleet and an extremely accomplished naval commander. Because of Falena's position along the deep and wide Feitas River, a navy is extremely useful despite Falena not being an island. During the Armes Invasion 8 years prior to Suikoden V Raja, along with Ferid and Lucretia Merces, were the key figures in repelling the invaders.
Raftfleet is an autonomously governing city that is mobile along the Feitas River. Although Raja had retired her position as Admiral, she called herself back to active duty after the Prince Freyjadour Falenas assisted Raftleet in repelling the invasion of Bahram Luger, one of Raja's subordinate officers.
During the war, she commanded the Navy from her flagship, the Dahak.

- Raja joined the Navy when she was a girl. She rose so fast in position her nickname was Hurricane Raja
- Raja was appointed Admiral by the Prince's great-grandmother, Queen Olhazeta.
- Bahram Luger served under her during that time, and for a while resented her, since he was a nobleman and she was the daughter of a fisherman. Eventually, he began to see what a brilliant officer she was and formally asked her to become her student.
- Raja is a fan of the tea ceremony, but she only allows older folks to participate. The only younger people who have had the Admiral's tea are the Prince and Lun.
