Rainbow Lake is a small town in northern Alberta, Canada. It is located west of High Level at the end of Highway 58, in the Municipal District of MacKenzie.

Population: 1,186 (2002)

The town carries the name of the nearby lake, that was so called due to its curved shape.

The community is served by the Rainbow Lake Airport (IATA: YOPICAO: CYOP).
