Rahula college is the best known college in Matara, Sri Lanka, founded in 1923. With a history around 85 years, it has pumped lots of intellectuals to the Sri Lankan as well as international communities. Starting as a Buddhist school for local students in the early 1920's Many principles such as legendary Mr. Kumarage who contributed a lot to the college culture, have helped Rahula to be the proud college it has now become.
