[edit] Trivia
- During the 1970s new houses were built on the edge of the town facing towards the castle. However, so that visitors to the castle would not have to be faced with views of the back yards of the houses, the plans were reversed, so that the respectable "frontages" faced the castle and the utilitarian backyards, with their traditional vegetable gardens, faced towards the town. In time, the yards became in most cases second frontages.
