Rafitropolis is a fantasy of many 31337 gamers, and hackers.

Rafitropolis is a 1337 empire. It is entirely a fantasy, but very real in many children's minds. As told in the ancient scriptures, all of the 1337 gaming, and hacking community were getting pwn3d by the government and the system of humanity. They had to get away from the damn noobs. So, only the most 1337 built a space ship and started creating their floating empire. Soon, this empire grew so big, it became it's own planet. The gravitational forces were too great to stay in earth's solar system. So it was moved to another dimension.

You can see in the middle a picture of the citizens lead3r, Rafi, he is purepwnage. No n00bs mess with him. Look at his kick arse sword. Amazing huh? You may notice that some of the houses are floating. This is a new sort of technology, making our empire less crowded.
