Rafed.net is one of the biggest Shi'a sites online, the site has both an Arabic [1] and an English [2] section, and has Qur'an tranlations in multiple languages, including Spanish, French, Russian, English and Arabic [3].
As of 2006-06-10, the site had a Alexa traffic rank of 11 172, notably high for a Shi'a site [4].
