Please provide evidence of the copyright ownership.

Another Quote: "This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit." I found this picture at http://www.rael.org/faye/fem-pres-filer/frame.htm a long time ago. It was linked to by Iran Raelians message group (a long time ago), here's the link: http://ph.groups.yahoo.com/group/Iran-Raelians/photos/view/495e?b=8 . As for the evidence of ownership, I'm not clear as to what constitutes as ownership. If you create a picture do you own it? Is ownership by a party required? Can the ownership change? If you look closely in the picture, there is a poster of an Elohim and UFO on it. It therefore appears to be a picture of a Raelian Seminar. Does anybody own this picture at all? I believe so, there must be a original one on somebody's data file if it hasn't already been destroyed.Kmarinas86 02:29, 10 September 2006 (UTC)
