Radio Classics
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Radio Classics is an old time radio network which distributes programs across multiple platforms including terrestrial radio, cable/satellite television, satellite radio, and the internet. Radio Classics syndicates their segments to over 250 AM/FM radio stations, and programs a 24-hour station carried by both XM Satellite Radio and Sirius Satellite Radio. Shows played by Radio Classics include The Jell-O Program starring Jack Benny, Abbott & Costello, Gunsmoke, and Dragnet.
Radio Classics streams their content, including their 24 hour satellite channel, via subscription on their website. Their subscription also allows one to burn content to CDs. The network is programmed by Greg Bell, who came into radio with a theatrical background.
Radio Classics is a part of Media Bay, Inc.
