Radike Samo

Radike Samo is an Australian rugby union player born in Nadi (Fiji) on July 9, 1976. This 1.97 m, 111 kg lock or flanker played 41 games for the ACT Brumbies between 2000 and 2006. He is known for his one-handed ball grip, and is acknowledged among Brumbies fans as a running forward with the ability to burst through tackles like no other. He played with the Fiji Under-19's national team before winning 6 caps for the Wallabies in 2004. In the summer of 2006, he signed a two-year contract with French giants Stade Français Paris after rejecting an offer from Cardiff Blues. He scored a try for his debut with the Paris outfit after just 6 minutes (v ASM Clermont Auvergne, August 30, 2006, 45-15).
