Radian Group Inc. (NYSE: RDN) is a leading global credit enhancement company, offering mortgage insurance, financial guaranty insurance for public finance, asset-backed and structured finance transactions, reinsurance and other financial services.
The company is headquartered in Philadelphia and has significant operations in New York City and London.
It generates nearly one-third of its net income from non-mortgage insurance businesses. Radian is the third largest publicly traded mortgage insurer in the U.S.
