Radford Semele

Radford Semele is a village in Warwickshire, England, close to the town of Leamington Spa. According to the 2001 census the town had a population of 2,034. It lies to the east of the town on the road between Leamington and Southam. It has a 16th Century pub with a Priest Hole and a rumoured tunnel to the local church, St Nicolas's.

It is named after a family from Saint-Pierre-de-Semilly in Normandy - they were lords of the manor in around 1120.

There is currently a debate on whether new houses will be built in the area. Most residents oppose this idea and there have been several meetings in opposition to development.
