Rad Na

Rad Na (Thai: ราดหน้า, often mistakenly spoken as Lad Na or Lard Nar) is a noodle dish frequently served in (American) Thai restaurants. It generally features broad rice noodles, broccoli, and some form of meat slathered with a generous amount of sauce.
