Rachel Simmons

Rachel Simmons (born in 1974) is an American author of the book Odd Girl Out: The Hidden Culture of Aggression in Girls. The book was made into a TV film starring Alexa Vega and reached No. 4 on the New York Times Best Seller list. Simmons graduated from Vassar College and was a Rhodes Scholar at Lincoln College, Oxford.
