Rachael Lillis

Rachael Lillis is an American actress and voice actress. She was born in Niagara Falls, New York on July 8, 1978. She has an extensive résumé of voice work.
Lillis has performed many different types of voice roles in animated shows including Pokemon (lead roles of Misty and Jessie as well as many voices of pokemon), Cubix, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Revolutionary Girl Utena and various others. She has also lent her voice to video games.
She has also recorded several audiobooks including Diary of a Fairy Godmother, for which she performed all of the voices for about 25 characters. In addition to her voiceover, theater and film work, Rachael has also sung and played Irish flute for several local Irish bands in New York City.
