[edit] Names of the authors

Davidgothberg has included me for the second time as a Rabbit author. While this is kind of him, I'm going to undo this change again. The Rabbit authors / inventors are only the people named on the FSE paper. The SASC paper that you refer to includes Thomas Christensen and myself since we did some implementation and analysis of the cipher. However, we did not contribute to the design of the cipher, and taking credit for this does not seem fair to me.
