Request reason: "I don't believe that was an independent review. Seriously, I, as R Lopez, have not violated a single Wikipedia policy. I request an immediate unblock so I can pursue ArbCom action against Stirling Newberry, for his falsehoods, Zoe, for not even researching my case before banning, and Redvers, who told me to get a new username in the firstplace. My last name is Lopez, I admit, my first name isn't Ray, but Rolando. I initially came to Wikipedia to harass Ruy Lopez, yes, but I haven't done that anymore, and I have in fact, made actual substantive contributions. Why am I being transgressed upon just because I disagree with Striling Newberry's POV? I have done NOTHING wrong."
