  1. User:Jorgenpfhartogs creates a lot of articles which are copyright violations, both on the English and Dutch Wikipedia (see [2]). He upload images without any licensing information, which I suspect are copyright violations. He has repeadedly removed copyright violation banners [3] [4]. After this he made several minor alterations to the articles, claimed that they were no longer a copy and therefore no longer a copyright violotion. He demonstratates a complete lack of understanding of the Wikipedia copyright violation process, which clearly indicates that the copyright violation banners are not to be removed, and a lack of understanding of the concept of plagiarism.
  2. User:Jorgenpfhartogs usualy creates articles related the vilages of Rathfarnham and Roermond. In doing this, however, he show a lack of understanding of the following concepts:
    1. He adds links to his (not notable) websites on a lot of articles.
    2. He creates tiny, dictionary like, entries, adding a contents of a larger article, resulting in a lot of duplicated text (see Ruramonde, Villa Optima and Roermond.)
    3. He does not ahere to capitalisation and whitepsace standards (see The_Old_Orchard_Pub(Dublin) and Category:Rathfarnham Pubs.)
    4. Most of his articles are not-noticable, yet he places them in a large amount of categories [5].
