Quthing

Quthing is the capital city or camptown of Quthing District in Lesotho. It has a population of approximately 15,000 (2004).

Quthing district is home to various language speaking people in Bathepu(Thembus) same as xhosas, Baphuthi, Basotho and Matebele, all with their different languages. Quthing has a very history in that Chief Moorosi lived in this place and a lot of wars were also fought in Mount Moorosi in the Quthing District.
