Why the background colour for this type of quotation? Karl Dickman talk 17:34, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

I colored it so one could quicly distinguish it from other types of quotes. I found it very helpfull in articles such as Islamic sexual jurisprudence. --Striver 20:21, 11 December 2006 (UTC)
