[edit] Plot

Logan tells Christine that he wants join a dance class. Christine tells him that he can join, but he is not allowed to quit because he never follows things through. Since an adult has to go along and Christine is busy she makes Jimmy go along. Turns out that the class is putting on a performance and the parents have to be in it. Jimmy wants to quit, but Christine won't let him because he would be giving Logan a bad message.

Jimmy decides to hurt himself so he can get out of the performance. He invites Billy over to smash a pot on his foot so he can't perform, but every time Billy tries Jimmy moves his foot. On his way out Billy stomps down on Jimmy's foot. Christine comes home and sees Jimmy's foot wrapped and thinks he is faking so she hits it and he screams, she apologizes, but Jimmy accidentally tells the truth about his injury (that it was on purpose). Christine becomes angry and Greg volunteers to fill-in for Jimmy. Greg makes Logan practice for hours and hours.

Come performance time Logan is nervous because he is a bad dancer and when Jimmy was out there he knew he wasn't the worst. Jimmy decides to swallow his pride and perform after all.
