Quicksilver was a song written and performed by the band Pink Floyd for their album Music from the Film More. It appeared in shortened form in the live suite The Man and the Journey, where it was entitled, "Sleep". On the studio album, the song is about 3 minutes longer than this version, with a time of 7 minutes 13 seconds. The song consists of eerie sound effects and other Musique concrète techniques, which would later become hallmarks of their sound.
