Queensbay Mall, is a shopping mall situated on the Penang island. It is in the heart of the Queensbay development, formerly known as Bayan Bay before it was abandoned during the East Asian financial crisis. At that time, the mall was referred to as Bayan World Megamall.

It is currently the largest shopping mall in Penang superseding Gurney Plaza. However, its title of largest shopping mall in Penang may be overtaken by Central Mall in Province Wellesley.

QueensBay Mall opened on 1st December of 2006 amidst rumours of shoddy work being done to meet the Christmas season opening. This is the second foray of deparmental store tenant Jaya Jusco into the northern region after Kinta City in Ipoh.
